PHOTOS NEEDED FOR BAND BANQUET
Band Council is now collecting pictures to put in the band banquet slideshow. Please send any photos to Marcela Galvez ( mggalvez93@yahoo.com ) or Katherine Hefner ( khefner42@yahoo.com ). If it would be easier to put them all on a CD, your child can drop the CD into the box at the front of the Band Hall. Pictures from football games, parades, contests, fundraising events, and social events are all greatly appreciated. In order to be included in the senior section of the presentation, Seniors need to send a baby, kid, and current picture along with college plans and field of study. Thank you! We appreciate your contributions.

LUNCH/BAKE SALE MONDAY
Don't forget about our next bake sale on Monday May 10th. If you signed up to work on the day of the sale, feel free to contact me if you are available to work. We need all bakers. Please send at least 2 dozen cookies, cupcakes or brownies. Remember, the only store bought cookie that sells well is the Lighthouse brand of sugar cookies with bright frosting and sprinkles. They are cheapest at Wal-Mart. Please use a zip lock bag for cookies and brownies and package 2 cookies or brownies to a bag. If you are sending a container you need back, please put your name on it. Deliveries of the cookies can be put in the band hall if your student is bringing them. Teddy, the receptionish in the office, will gladly put items dropped off by parents in the office where I will get them when I arrive. Lastly, you may drop them off to me on Sunday evening if that is easier. My address is 13714 Shadow Falls Ct in the North Fork Subdivision. Please let your child know if you need your container back. I will return them to the band hall where they can take it back to you. If you have any questions, please feel free to call or email me.

TUESDAY NOTE SIGN-UPS: - Do You Need to SubScribe or UnSubscribe?
The "Tuesday Note" is one of the ways that the Band Directors and the Booster Club use to communicate all of the upcoming band events to all of the members of the band. Tuesday Notes are weekly e-mails that regularly are sent out on Tuesdays but sometimes more often, especially during marching season. Parents and students in the Clear Brook Band are all encouraged to sign-up for the distribution list. You may register multiple e-mail addresses if you like.
In order to sign up to begin receiving the Tuesday Notes, please click on this link http://clearbrookband.org/mailman/listinfo/clearbrookband_clearbrookband.org and input your email in the section listed as SUBSCRIBE and hit the subscribe button. You should first receive an email to verify that you do indeed want to receive email from Clear Brook Band Booster Club, then the Moderator of the Mailing list will have to accept you. Provided you are a member of our band community, we will do so. If you no longer wish to receive email from the Clear Brook Band Booster Club, you may use that same link and input your email in the UNSUBSCRIBE block, or you may use the link in the email you have received to unsubscribe.
